Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, guiding them through our onboarding process, and ensuring their successful integration into our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage potential clients to introduce them to our platform s services and benefits.

Guide clients through the onboarding process, providing assistance and support as needed.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our admin system.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the online marketplace or business services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
