Role & responsibilities

- New product PPAP documents Preparation (CP,Layout Inspection,SUV,SPC ..Etc).

- New product IHLR Analysis & Problem Solving

- 8D Report preparing for New product Customer Complaints.

- CFT member of Desing Review DR0 to DR3 from QAD

- New prodcut develpment Discussion with R&D for action plan , design change , drawing correction.

- New Product Stage Wise Inspection in Shop Floor Production Part (Proto/PPAP/Mass Production).

- Document handover NPQA to Regular Mass Production.(If all Input Received from all Departments).

- Weekly /Monthly Report Preparations NPQA.

- Company TQM Principle adhere TQM mentor's instructions .(Kaizen, QC Story)

- Colleting data from CFT for Customer PPAP Documents

- Handling of Revenue and Capex Budget & Sanction Approval , Supplier Discussion,PR,PO Installation. Etc

- Revenue Budget utilization for QA Department to improve the facility for lab & Line inspection - Maintaining spares.

- Knolwdge in concept development on Design and Development
