Tele Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
  
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services offered by the company.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software (e.g. Zoho).
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in telesales or inside sales role.
  
• Proficiency in outbound processing tools like dialers, IVR systems, etc.
  
• Strong cold calling skills with ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
