IBM BPM Developer (7-15 yrs)

Job Description :

The Role requires development experience in IBM BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow). Role will include designing and developing BPM solutions in IBM BPM/BAW and ensuring a reliable and timely delivery of the code to the customer as per the requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have :

- Extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant and have experience in IBM BPM/BAW.

- They will not only be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements.

- The candidate will blend their analytical, solutions-focused approach with a service-oriented attitude

- 6+ years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions.

- Experience in migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is value add.

Technical Skills :

- BPM/BAW (BPEL, BPMN) and JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP JSON, IBM BAW REST Calls

- Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment.

- Workflow Development : Design, develop, and implement business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into workflow solutions

- Process Automation : Identify opportunities for process automation and streamline business workflows

- Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions

- Integration : Integrate IBM BAW with other systems and applications as part of end-to-end business processes

- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems

User Interface Design :

- Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the visual appeal and usability of applications

Customization and Configuration :

- Customize and configure IBM BAW components to align with specific business needs

- Implement business rules and decision logic within the workflow processes

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to validate the functionality of developed workflows

- Ensure the quality and reliability of workflow solutions through thorough testing

Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflow designs, configurations, and customizations

- Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made to the workflow system

Collaboration :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators, and other development teams to deliver comprehensive workflow solutions

- Collaborate with peers in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
