Job Description

The impact that you will be makingWe are looking for a dynamic Finance professional with 2-4 years of experience in managing financial reporting, consolidation, and operational activities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be skilled in overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance
Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting and Consolidation Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including variance analysis, within agreed timelines
Consolidate Profit Loss and Balance Sheet statements monthly
Assist in project costing by preparing data for analysis and comprehensive financial reports on project expenditures and budgets
Accounts Payable Management Prepare, accounting, and timely release of vendor invoices as per purchase order terms and company policies
Maintain Creditors Ageing Reports and track provisions, prepaid expenses, and other expenses
Verify employee reimbursement data and bills for policy compliance, and prepare payment upload files
Tax Compliance and Coordination Ensure end-to-end TDS compliance, including recording entries, monthly payments, and quarterly returns
Preparation and filing of GST monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-3B)
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits
Bookkeeping and Financial Operations Compile and finalize the books of accounts, ensuring daily transaction accuracy
Facilitate month-end and quarter-end book closure processes
Keep track of various financial operation trackers
Payroll Management: Manage employee payroll processes, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with regulations, final settlements, asset recovery, etc
Administer salary preparation, deductions, and benefits coordination
Verify payroll records and facilitate timely salary processing
Address employee queries regarding tax declarations, investments, and benefits
What lands you in this role Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, CA Inter or a related field
2-4 years of experience in Finance operations
Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
