IIRIS - Senior UI/UX Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator (3-9 yrs)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer with expertise in UX research, UI design, and user experience principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, leading UX projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

UX/UI Design & Research : Conduct UX research, create wireframes, prototypes, and implement user-friendly designs to enhance user experience.

Design Leadership : Lead UX/UI design initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals while maintaining project momentum post-acquisition.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers and engineers to optimize user satisfaction and streamline the development process.

User Testing & Gamification : Implement user testing methodologies and gamification principles to drive user engagement and retention.

Team Management : Mentor junior designers and manage design teams to ensure timely project delivery.
