Position : Vigilance & Fraud (Deputy Manager / Manager)

Experience Minimum 4-5 years experience in MFI/NBFC/BANK.

Education – Any Graduate/ Any post graduate

Work Location – Bangalore-HO

Sector Preference – BFSI/NBFC/Banking & Financial Institutions.

Skills

• Good knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Good English communication skills (Written & Spoken) for business purposes.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi (Spoken) for business purposes.
• Mail drafting skills.

Job purpose

He has to ensure the investigation & closure of all the cases reported Pan India level.

Liaise with all the stakeholders for end to end closure.(Back-end)

Ensures that field officers submit the investigation report as per assigned TAT. He must follow up and help in closure of the report.

Duties and responsibilities

• Review all the open cases & recovery follow up.
• Building strong network with Law Enforcement agencies.
• Manage the team & Train them about new process/changes.
• Should be competent enough to work without much supervision.
• Should be able to take ownership of the task assigned.
• Check and review reports submitted by field officers.
• Preparing Weekly/Monthly Broadcast, Posters as per requirement - should be good at preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
• Arrange meetings and con calls with team members and other department heads or members.
• Managing Vendors - FCU, Insurance and Legal vendors.
• Ensure all reports to RBI submitted on time.
• WB & CGRM cases handling, reporting and Conducting monthly meeting PPT.
• Ad hoc projects to be handled depending on the requirements.
• Taking initiative & being cost effective for smooth operations.
• The role is required to be mobile & is transferable.
• Will require to be contacted 24/7 in case of exigencies.
• Willingness for extensive travel across the country.
