Senior Accounts Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive - Accounts to join our dynamic team in the Insurance or Insurance Broking industry. If you have 4-5 years of experience in accounts, billing, and collections and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1) Invoice Management:

• Prepare, review, and share accurate invoices to insurance companies while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards using Oracle.

2) Accounts Receivable Management:

• Regularly monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and escalate issues to management in a timely manner.

3) Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to follow up on collections based on invoices raised.

4) Record Maintenance:

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all billing and collection activities, ensuring data integrity and facilitating smooth audits.

5) Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure that all billing and collection activities comply with legal regulations and company policies; prepare regular reports on account statuses and collection efforts for management review.

6) Accounting:

• Prepare and maintain books of accounts in Oracle for timely closure of accounts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in billing and collections, ideally within the insurance broking industry.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
