Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). The candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend development and have a good understanding of DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Implement RESTful APIs to support frontend functionalities.

- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the backend services.

- Collaborate with database administrators to design and optimize MongoDB schemas.

2. Frontend Development :

- Develop user-friendly and responsive web applications using React.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement attractive and functional user interfaces.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of the applications.

3. Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

4. Quality Assurance :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.

- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.

5. DevOps and Deployment :

- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

6. Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Continuously improve the development processes and tools to enhance productivity and quality.

- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js).

- Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.

- Knowledge of database systems, particularly MongoDB.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
