Business Development Executive

RP2 is looking for a highly driven and aggressive Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is purely result-oriented, requiring individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent conversational skills, and a passion for closing deals. Location: RP2, 2nd Floor , WOW office , Near Sunrise hospital , Kakkanad

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential students, working professionals, and corporate clients to promote our training programs.
• Manage end-to-end sales, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
• Follow up with leads, understand student background and provide suitable course recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, institutions, and corporate clients.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and evolving student needs.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in educational sales, specifically selling IT-related courses.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Aggressive and self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills (both verbal and written).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve business goals.
• Prefer Graduates
