Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of service quality.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  
• Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer retention rates, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of developing successful CRM strategies that drive business results.
  
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
