Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, blog posts, video scripts, and web content to support product positioning and campaigns.
• Create engaging and interactive product emails for the Booking Engine product to encourage users to take action, such as completing a booking or exploring new features.
• Ensure consistency and branding by maintaining a uniform voice and tone across all communication channels, aligning with MapleLMSs brand identity.
• Translate complex product features into compelling narratives that enhance user experience and create emotional connections through storytelling.
• Write technical blogs with in-depth insights into product features and industry trends.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure written content is accompanied by on-brand visuals.
• Develop and implement content strategies to maximize engagement and achieve business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in versatile content writing.
• Proven content expertise in product-based writing, particularly in the tech industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of grammar.
• Experience in crafting compelling social media content for businesses.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to meet regular deadlines without compromising quality.
