Senior Construction Engineer (Jodhpur-RJ.)

SHOULD BE B-TECH/ Diploma in CIVIL.

Candidate must have good knowledge of Pilling work and PEB work.

• Should have 12 to 15 years Exp. in building Industrial Sheds with well versed in Execution, Study Drawing, Labour Handling, R.C.C. work etc.
• Experience in dealing with Government Contracts and Industrial sheds are necessary. Should be able to deal with railway officers.
• Should have knowledge of P.E.B. Structures and their erection. General understanding of contract administration with Railways.
• Monitor day-to-day work progresses for a project and provides accurate weekly and monthly reports by communicating, potential progress delays or project slippages.
• Continually make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress and report any differences.
• Knowledge of Structural civil works. Study of drawings, specification and BOQ and highlighting discrepancies if any at priority.
• Planning and indenting daily requirement of Labour, construction machinery, material and formwork. Also ensuring that the planned output is achieved from manpower, machinery & materials.
• Must be able to effectively communicate, make decisions, give direction or guidance, set goals and provide feedback.
• Should be able to solve project related difficulties including receiving of drawing, material and labour at priority.

Staying at Site location is necessary.
