Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, generating new business leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
• Generate new leads and build strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Travel as required for client meetings and business development.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in Hydraulic Industrial Goods (not mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any Graduate degree.
