Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting market research, and driving sales of industrial goods. This role involves client interaction, negotiation, and customer relationship management to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential products and evaluate customer needs.
2. Perform daily customer visits, set up meetings, and understand client requirements.
3. Generate new business leads, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Create and submit sales reports, providing insights on market trends and opportunities.
5. Negotiate and close sales while handling customer complaints effectively.
6. Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the internal team for improvement.
7. Promote and sell industrial goods/products, with strong marketing and negotiation skills.
8. Experience in selling Hydraulic Industrial Goods like Pumps, Motors, Cylinders, etc., is preferable but not mandatory.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate/Diploma (Technical or Business-related field preferred).
2. Experience: 2 to 7 years in industrial sales.
3. Strong knowledge of the local market and client base to effectively sell industrial goods.
4. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
5. Pleasant personality with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
6. Preference for Male Candidates (All travel expenses will be reimbursed).
