Juniper Hotels - Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Finance (8-12 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance

- Manage investor relations, ensuring effective communication, transparency, and engagement with stakeholders

- Drive debt syndication and fundraising activities to support business growth and financial stability

- Oversee capital market activities, including equity/debt offerings, IPOs, and investor roadshows

- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning

- Assess capital structure strategies and recommend optimal financing solutions

- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, investment firms, and regulatory bodies

- Prepare and present financial reports, investment decks, and performance analysis to senior management

- Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities, conducting due diligence and valuation analysis

Qualifications:

CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent
