Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Java & React JS Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Java Spring Boot for backend development and React JS for frontend development, including hands-on experience with Redux. Additional exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is preferable. This role is for an immediate joiner and offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using Java Spring Boot.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
• Implement security, performance, and scalability best practices for backend services.
• Optimize application performance through efficient coding practices and debugging.

Frontend Development:

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React JS.
• Utilize Redux for state management to ensure application stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive designs and user-centric features.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.

Cloud and DevOps Integration:

• Work with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, to deploy and manage applications.
• Contribute to setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage to ensure cost-effective and scalable solutions.

Collaboration and Agile Practices:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance and Code Maintenance:

• Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure high code quality and application reliability.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and improve application performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 8+ years in software development, with extensive experience in Java and React JS.
• Proven expertise in Java Spring Boot for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React JS and state management using Redux.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and microservices architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of React JS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing and maintaining cloud-based applications, with exposure to AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and mentor junior team members.
• Highly self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure to modern front-end development tools and testing frameworks.
• Prior experience working on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Relevant certifications in Java, React, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) are a plus.
