Job Title: Regional Head Sales

Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Vidarbha (Maharashtra), MP (Maha Kaushal Region)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales leader to spearhead our sales operations across Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha (MH), and the Maha Kaushal region of MP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth through market expansion. This role also requires maintaining market share by enhancing customer retention and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive sales strategies for assigned regions.

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales approaches.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple territories.

- Establish clear performance metrics and provide mentorship for team development.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Market Expansion & Business Development:

- Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand GK Electric's presence.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.

- Lead negotiations and finalize high-value sales contracts and partnerships.

Revenue & Profitability Management:

- Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.

- Analyze sales performance data and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.

Customer Retention & Satisfaction:

- Implement customer retention strategies and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Address customer issues promptly, ensuring effective resolution and positive brand perception.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive market strategies.

- Provide feedback to product development teams based on market insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.

- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of the regional market dynamics in Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, and MP.

- Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
