Key Objectives:
- Develop and execute a target-driven marketing strategy for the Mid Corporate-BRM Group.
- Raise brand profile among bankers, investors, sponsors, and infrastructure funds.
- Manage existing issuer relationships and originate new mandates.
- Negotiate fees for both new and existing mandates.
- Collaborate closely with analytical teams.
- Enjoy autonomy and career development with travel opportunities.
- Understand debt capital markets and corporate credit analysis.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Experience selling financial services to mid-sized corporates.
- Prepare target client lists (new and existing), based on financial profiles and case studies.
- Create tailored marketing materials for clients across different industries.
- Engage in high-level client interactions with senior management (CFO/CEO).
- Network with internal teams and clients to drive business development.
- Manage MIS, reporting, and maintain meeting minutes, mandates, and fee records.
Qualifications / Prerequisite:
- 4+ years of business development experience in financial services.
- Well-networked in the industry.
- Local language knowledge (optional).
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills.
- High self-drive, motivation, and persistence to meet targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior management.
