Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Recruiter with a strong technical background and 4.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a BE/BTech degree to ensure a deep understanding of technical roles and requirements. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top IT talent for various domains, including software development, cloud computing, data engineering, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Screening:

• Identify and attract top IT talent using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Engage with passive candidates through Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.

🔹 End-to-End Recruitment Process:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skill expectations.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) in closing positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

🔹 Stakeholder & Candidate Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience, ensuring engagement and timely updates.
• Act as a strategic hiring partner by advising stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

🔹 Market Research & Process Optimization:

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, programming languages, and IT job market trends.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring processes to ensure efficient recruitment operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (Mandatory).
✅ Experience: 4.5+ years in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced IT services or product-based company.
✅ Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development, programming languages (Java, MERN, Python, .NET, JavaScript, etc.), Frontend and Backend Technologies DevOps, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
✅ Recruitment Expertise: Experience hiring for software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, DevOps engineers, full-stack developers, and other IT roles.
✅ Sourcing & Screening: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech hiring platforms.
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Process-Oriented: Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

➕ Experience in hiring for both product and service-based IT companies.
➕ Familiarity with AI-based recruitment tools and automation.
➕ Certifications in Technical Recruitment, HR Analytics, or Boolean Search Techniques.
