What Youll Do:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports to track hiring metrics.
What You Need:
A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
