Job Description
Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Remote
Type: Internship, Unpaid

If you re enthusiastic about recruitment, eager to learn the intricacies of talent acquisition, and excited to work with a dynamic team, this 6-month unpaid internship is your chance to gain hands-on experience and make a significant impact.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports to track hiring metrics.
What You Need:
- A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- A learning mindset and a passion for connecting with people.
