Job Description
- Collaborate with FC DI VS SMEs to identify, document, standardise and embed core procedures across the VS.
- Analyse existing procedures and identify opportunities to streamline them.
- Ensure alignment and compliance of procedures is in line with applicable FIM requirements.
- Manage and maintain a centralised repository of accessible procedures, aligned to the policy and control framework, to support the FC DI VS learning journey and delivery.
- Lead the implementation of standardised procedures across the FC DI VS, ensuring clear communication and training.
- Monitor and assess the adoption and effectiveness of new procedures, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and data analysis.
- Manage the periodic review and refresh cycle, along with the record retention requirements.
- Regularly review and refine procedures to adapt to changing business needs, industry trends, and regulatory / internal requirements.
- Proactively review bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation. Identify and escalate issues.
Requirements
- An understanding of requirements of the Group Policy and Procedure System.
- A working knowledge of the FC control framework.
- Should be able to analyse existing procedures and identify opportunities to streamline them
- Experience of writing clear and concise communications, suitable for audiences at all levels
- Proven ability to work on multi-function projects, and excellent organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
