Role & responsibilities-

Accountable for overseeing all HR-related functions within the organization, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system
• Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make job offers

Onboarding and Exit formalities:

• All onboarding and exit formalities.

Employee Relations:

• Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns.
• Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline
• Handle the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees

Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have strong communication skills.
• Should have experience working on financial profiles.
• Should be able to closely work on TAT for given profiles.
• Must be proactive. • Well-versed with Ms-office.
• Experience in HR software or related systems.
• Experience in implementing or upgrading HR software systems.
• Familiarity with data security and privacy compliance related to HR software.

Work Mode: Work from office

Work Timing: Monday to Friday 9 hours, and Saturday (alternate) 4.5 hours
