Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR
department s daily activities. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment,
selection, orientation and employee training and development. If you re interested in kick-starting
your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches recruiting and employee
development, we d like to meet you.

- Person must Update our company databases by inputting new employee contact information
and employment details.
- One must Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- You will have to Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Person shall be active in group discussions, meetings, and other activities.
- You will be responsible for motivating employees during training programme.
- Person must involve themselves by participating in organizing company events and careers
days
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of Recruitment process.
- Good time Management Skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
