Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role specifications.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates based on job fit, skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and candidate experience.
• Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and reference checks.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines and interview feedback.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Support the HR team in other HR- related tasks as required.
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in handling end to end recruitment process.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using AI tools for improving the recruitment process.
