Working with the Business Leaders in ensuring the business objectives in terms of people operations are met with including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee retention, grievance redressal etc.
Managing relationships with the employees and associated government bodies to ensure the organization is compliant and consistent with the governing rules and regulations
Managing dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.
Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
Steering HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets, update and distribute it on a predetermined schedule
