Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct thorough TNA to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization. Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training requirements.
Training Design and Development: Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, including creating training materials, presentations, and online modules. Utilize various learning methodologies to maximize knowledge transfer.
Training Delivery: Deliver training programs using a variety of methods, such as classroom training, online training, workshops, and on-the-job training. Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences.
Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as surveys, feedback forms, and performance assessments. Analyze training data and make recommendations for improvement.
Training Budget Management: Manage the training budget effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI on training investments.
Compliance Training: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure employees are aware of and adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including training attendance, evaluations, and training materials.
Vendor Management (If applicable): If the role involves working with external training vendors, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality of training services.
Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
