Advance Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Be part of a team that designs, develops, and integrates overly complex software functions within Honeywell. You will use your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations, trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Skills:

7+ year of extensive hands-on development experience in Web API, Microservices, .Net Core, C#, SQL Server, React and JavaScript.

Strong background in architecting and designing enterprise software or cloud services using C#, .Net Core 2.0 or above.

Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.

Developing scalable and maintainable code that adheres to Honeywell coding and Honeywell cyber security standards.

Experience with multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., ClearCase, Git).

Testing and deploying applications while ensuring high performance and security.

Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues.

Extensive coding knowledge with experience of leading team of software engineers, driving the design and development of major architectural components.

Champion engineering initiatives and foster a culture of high ownership, continuous improvement, and excellence.

Other Skills:

Participate in all phases of software development, including requirements, design, coding, quality, security, and performance testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Understanding on Agile methodology.

Communicate regularly with product management and release teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Implement and improve processes around DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD.

Experience managing teams and driving the design, implementation, and delivery of software solutions.

Proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
