Business Development Executive 💼

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales, increase revenue, and build strong customer relationships. If you have experience in SaaS sales or in the Gym, Spa, or Salon industry, you are an ideal candidate.

What Were Looking For:

Proficiency in English speaking is mandatory
Experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in selling to gyms, spas, and salons (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication & storytelling skills


About The Product

Hopwellness.ai is a new product introduced by the company. The software is a high-end B2B SaaS application that helps in management of gyms, salons. This product is currently being used by a few businesses and we are looking to grow our sales over the next year. The company is soon to be funded by renowned investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive SaaS product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Identify and qualify leads, converting them into long-term customers.
  • Conduct product demos, communicate value propositions, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, sales performance, and pipeline management.
  • Create and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition and improve retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to support business growth.
  • Presales: Handle lead qualification, requirement analysis, and solution pitching.
  • Utilize SEO, social media, and digital marketing tools to enhance sales efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong tech product focus.
  • Proven ability in lead generation & closing high-value deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with decision-makers.
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
