General Manager (US Based Company)

US Based Company looking to open up the Chennai office to do the back office work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Locate and setup the Chennai office
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
• Hire the top management level staffs
• Develop new system for the overall operation
• Monitor everyone's daily goals are achieved
• Collaborate with US office

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 to 20 years experience and in which 5-8 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a General Manager.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
