2. Key Responsibilities

A. Product Direction (Market Research & Innovation)

- Conduct market research to identify jewelry trends and customer preferences.

- Stay updated with global and domestic jewelry design trends through exhibitions, publications, and online sources.

- Maintain a balance between innovation and sale ability in jewelry designs.

- Develop storyboards and presentations to propose new design ideas to sales teams.

- Analyze competitor products to improve the company's jewelry collections.

B. Client Integration & Focus

- Gather client feedback and suggestions to refine jewelry designs.

- Engage directly with customers to co-create designs based on their needs.

- Address customer concerns effectively, turning them into business opportunities.

- Establish service norms and product specifications for different clients.

- Ensure all customer deadlines for quotes, models, and samples are met.

C. Product Development (Execution & Effectiveness)

- Ensure that designs align with market trends, client needs, pricing, and manufacturing feasibility.

- Work on client briefs and maintain a balanced product mix of classic, creative, and innovative designs.

- Oversee the sample development process from concept to final approval.

- Evaluate designs, CAD models, and samples for quality and aesthetics.

- Track best-selling products and analyze sales performance for future product strategies.

- Participate in weekly Product Development (PD) meetings to align with company goals.

- Train and motivate design and CAD teams to enhance their skills.

- Guide the team in taking on additional responsibilities for better efficiency.

3. Job Requirements

- Education: Graduate from a Creative Design School or a Jewelry Designer.

- Experience: 1-3 years in jewelry merchandising or a related field.

- Location: Andheri (E), Seepz, Mumbai.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (with 17 Saturdays off per year).
