Certifications Required: NISM VA & XXIA (Mandatory)
Working Days: Any 6 days as per requirement
Compensation: Best as per the Industry standards

About the role :
We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join the Inbound Business Team at Client Organisation. In this role, you will engage with high-net-worth inbound clients possessing a net worth of - 50 Cr and above. The focus is to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the Organisation's Portfolio Management Service (PMS) and Mutual Fund investment strategies, guiding clients in their investment decisions
Responsibilities (PMS Sales Focus):
- You get to work on the books brought in of the potential clients where you will have to review client's portfolio holdings and give your expert suggestions on if their holdings is aligned with the market (portfolio size of - 50L & above)
- Interact and convert these high-intent inbound clients into investing in our portfolio products.
- Have good knowledge of the overall markets and use those points in your conversations with clients.
- Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution, actively initiate communication with the customer to confirm a thorough comprehension of their financial needs and future wealth management objectives.
- Showcase the client's portfolio management approach of fund selection, investment strategies, risk management and guide them on future investments.
- Maintain good relationships with your existing clients for investing more into different products which we offer.
- Client Engagement: Strong ability to articulate and communicate with HNI clients to drive conversions.
- Interact with and convert inbound clients into investing in our PMS and other wealth management products.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of overall markets and integrate those insights into client conversations.
- Evaluate customer requirements, engage in deep financial discussions, and align wealth management solutions with their long-term financial goals.
- Educate clients on fund selection, investment strategies, and risk management to guide them toward informed decisions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage further investments in different product offerings.
What we expect:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in wealth sales with an AUM of - 200 Cr + into Wealth (Wealth Includes: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds. CASA/TD & Insurance are excluded).
Business Commitment: Must be able to transfer a minimum of - 50+ Cr into Dezerv's PMS within 6-9 months of joining.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to articulate complex topics seamlessly to clients.
- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
- Thorough knowledge of financial products like mutual fund, stocks, bonds and portfolio management service
- Must have high ownership on performance
- Proficient in MS-Excel
- Prior experience preferred in sales, financial services or banks
Education & Certifications:
- MBA in Finance
- CA or CFA is preferred
- NISM VA and XXIA certificates (Required with-in 30 days of joining)
- Minimum experience of 10 years in wealth sales only
