Role & responsibilities

Greeting visitors

• Welcome clients, customers, vendors, and other visitors
• Create a good first impression
• Make visitors feel welcome and helped
• Coordinate meetings of the incoming clients with top management .

Clerical tasks

• Type, copy, file, recordkeep, sort, code, and distribute departmental mail
• Provide administrative support to office staff and field personnel

Office supplies

• Keep basic office supplies like pens stocked and accessible to visitors
• Order supplies for the rest of the office

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication Skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks.
