Job Description
- Prepare employee master with shift master and manpower master linked with bank, ESIC and salary and wages details.
- Receive leave details of employees from across the plant and update the same in the leave management system / records.
- Collate and process attendance data and forward processed data to payroll office for further action.
- Collect and compile data for overtime and send it to concerned authorities / department for approval.
- Receive attendance data and calculate absenteeism (authorized and un-authorized).
- Prepare annual budget of wages for plant using historical data and submit to statistics and accounts department for further processing.
- Prepare full and final settlement, gratuity and bonus calculations for outgoing employees / workmen and send the same to the accounts department for timely payments.
