Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Advise senior management on HR issues, labor laws, and best practices.
- Collaborate with executives to identify and resolve organizational challenges.
Talent Acquisition & Management:.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Campus Recruitment:
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to attract entry-level talent.
- Design and implement campus recruitment programs, including internship opportunities.
- Organize and attend campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and industry events.
Employee Relations & Culture:
- Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages employee engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
HR Compliance & Policy Development:.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures to support business needs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
Learning & Development:.
- Design and implement training programs for employee development and skill enhancement.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- Evaluate and update training initiatives based on business needs.
Compensation, Benefits, & Payroll:.
- Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure market competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues.
HR Analytics & Reporting:.
- Monitor key HR metrics (e. , turnover rates, employee satisfaction, productivity).
- Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, payroll systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in handling HR software, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and manage conflict.
