Digital Solution Advisor
Job Description
The Digital Solution Advisor is a part of the front-end sales/ account management team at HighRadius and works closely with the Account Executive (AE) in day-to-day interactions with the prospect/ customer. The Digital Solution Advisor will carry a Sales quota target and the primary responsibility is to move deals through the sales pipeline across the various sales stages to closure and also customer satisfaction (NPS 50)/renewals/minimize churn.
Job Summary:
PSA/ Sr. PSA is a very critical and pivotal role in the organization, PSA will be accountable for one or a cluster of Partner Organizations and will be key to ensure the below are executed with Quality and in Full and minimal to no supervision.
Requirements:
● Be accountable to build and maintain strong relationships with the Partner contacts (Alliances, Sales Teams, Operations Service Delivery Leaders, Transformation leads, VP+) and demonstrate ownership and zeal to drive results
● Be the first point of contact for any Queries, Questions from the partner and respond back within acceptable timelines in full and accurately
● Able to Demonstrate a 12 or 20 Minute Demo across the Product Range of Highradius as required as per the Defined framework
● Jointly Own and Drive the Pipeline with the partner relationship manager and Partner by showing the Joint value Proposition and What's in it for all Parties involved
● Be inquisitive and source/extract key critical information from the partner which enables HRC to identify opportunities
● Showcase Domain and Product knowledge in Demo sessions and drive Potential opportunities to a discovery stage
● Work with the Partner Relationship Manager & Direct Manager to prepare Go to Market Strategies , Game Plans + Collaterals for Scheduled meetings with ZZ Top Execs, STRAPs and eliminate Hurdles
● Maintain detailed notes on each Opportunity, Update Salesforce and collect and prepare any necessary documentation
● Ensure the Pipeline/WBR File is up to date with the most accurate information and walk through the same Jointly in Weekly Business reviews with your POD PRM.
● Work on Quarterly business review decks with his/her Manager
● Act as a Backup where assigned along with managing the current designated POD as necessary during the Other PSAs/Sr. PSA’s absence.

● Working knowledge and Hands on experience of Google Suite + Sales Force + Other Key tools ● Understanding of ERP’s , Industries (Like Retail, CPG, Manufacturing etc..) and SaaS Technologies is a Advantage
