Senior Engineer - Bending

Senior Engineer Bending (5+ Years Experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret CNC bending drawings.
2. Select tools and create CNC bending programs.
3. Work with CNC bending software (2D & 3D), bend sequence, angles, and locations.
4. Monitor process during operation.
5. Conduct first-piece inspection and report defects.
6. Ensure production planning and execution.
7. Review operator work to maintain quality.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Ensure proper PPE usage and safety compliance.
10. Maintain production and maintenance reports.
11. Use measuring instruments for quality checks.
12. Manage manpower and resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in CNC pipe bending.
• Knowledge of CNC software, tool selection, and programming.
• Strong quality control and problem-solving skills.
