Jr. Architect/Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop plans, blueprints, and 3D models for retail outlet designs.
• Review and evaluate architectural designs for functionality and aesthetics.
• Identify and resolve design issues while ensuring structural integrity.
• Design integrated systems, including lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning.
• Provide recommendations to enhance design efficiency and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve objectives within budget and timeline constraints.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in retail or commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of building materials & structural principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
