Procurement and Commercial + Supply Chain Management Team

We are seeking an experienced for the Procurement and Commercial + Supply Chain Management (P&C + SCM) Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency. This role requires expertise in SCM within the Telecom domain and a deep understanding of procurement processes, commercial contracts, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and streamline processes.

Optimize sourcing strategies for telecom-specific supply chain requirements.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with finance and legal teams to manage contracts and risk assessments.

Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve procurement and supply chain performance.

Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of supply chain management in the telecom sector.

Expertise in procurement strategies, contract negotiation, and vendor management.

Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous process improvements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management tools.

Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to procurement and supply chain.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a telecom supply chain environment.

Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with global procurement practices and contract laws.
