Job Description

* Handle customer queries and complaints on social media platforms and email.
* Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
* Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
* Meet or exceed customer service quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and performance.

* Proactively identify areas for process improvement.
* Assist in training new team members

Qualification Criteria

* HSC / Graduate
* HSC Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service Email Process
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Timings

*24/7 Shifts

*(2 Day rotational off)

*Cab Facility : After 10pm - Female / Male After 12am
