Job Title: Sr. Technical Architect Full Stack (.NET, Azure, React)

Role Summary:

As a Sr. Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining the technology strategy, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize system performance, and maintain best practices in application development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.

- Define and enforce best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, App Services, and DevOps.

- Design and implement microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies.

- Conduct code reviews, architectural assessments, and technology evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and compliance standards.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance the technology landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in an architectural leadership role.

- Expertise in .NET Core, C#, React.js, and Azure Cloud services.

- Strong knowledge of Azure PaaS offerings, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure API Management, and Serverless computing.

- Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as MS SQL Server and Cosmos DB.

- Strong experience in front-end technologies, including React.js, TypeScript, Redux, HTML, and CSS.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates).

- Experience leading Agile development teams and working in Scrum/Kanban environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification.

- Experience with AI/ML integration in applications.

- Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks (Angular) is a plus.

- Prior experience in financial, healthcare, or enterprise applications development.
