M365 Migration Expert (10-15 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 (M365) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in the entire M365 suite. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Exchange migrations, licensing, Intune implementation, and managing enterprise-level M365 environments. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing M365 solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Migrations & Deployments :

- Lead Exchange migrations from on-premises to M365.

- Execute email migrations from G Suite and other email providers to M365.

- Provide technical guidance on hybrid or direct cloud migration strategies.

Microsoft 365 Suite Expertise :

- Manage and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 services.

- Implement and enforce M365 security best practices, including conditional access, DLP, MFA, and compliance policies.

- Provide M365 licensing expertise, ensuring cost-effective license allocation and compliance.

Intune & Device Management :

- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.

- Configure MDM/MAM policies to secure corporate data on endpoints.

- Integrate Intune with Entra ID (Azure AD) and manage compliance policies.

Support & Optimization :

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues, ensuring high availability.

- Provide technical leadership and best practices for M365 adoption.

- Train and mentor IT teams on M365 services and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in M365 administration and migration.

- Strong expertise in Exchange Online and hybrid migrations from on-prem to M365.

- Experience migrating from G Suite or third-party email providers to M365.

- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune (MDM, MAM, security policies).

- In-depth knowledge of M365 licensing models and cost optimization.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security, compliance and governance.

- Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 automation and Bit titan tools for Migration.

- Microsoft Certifications such as MS-102, MS-203, MS-500, MD-102 (preferred).
