Job Description :

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Data Warehouse Engineer/Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable data warehousing solutions on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building full-fledged data warehouses or data marts, with expertise in cloud environments, MLOps/DevOps practices, and cloud engineering.

Responsibilities :

Data Warehouse Development & Architecture :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data warehouses and data marts on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Architect scalable and efficient data models and ETL/ELT pipelines

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

- Lead the technical aspects of data warehouse projects from conception to deployment.

Cloud Engineering & DevOps/MLOps :

- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure for data warehousing solutions.

- Apply DevOps/MLOps principles to automate data pipeline deployments and model management.

- Manage and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.

- Work with cloud based data management tools.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Performance and Optimization :

- Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance.

- Implement best practices for data storage, retrieval, and processing.

Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in data warehousing and cloud engineering.

- Must Have proven experience leading or being a key contributor in building full-fledged data warehouses or data marts on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong working knowledge of MLOps and/or DevOps principles and practices.

- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and technologies.

Qualifications : BE/B.Tech from a Tier1/ Tier-2 engineering college.
