Key Activities

• Scheduling Press machines & dies in line with PPC plan
• Managing Material Flow
• Ensure to meet production targets
• Timely plan the tool preventive maintenance

• Implement & adhere quality checks for all stamping parts
• Identifying & addressing quality issues to maintain quality standards

• Online Trouble shooting of Stamping (Progressive, Transfer & Stage) Tool
• Assigning tasks & addressing performance concerns
• Training to new employees

• Adherence to preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with plant maintenance team for repairs
• Troubleshooting machine malfunctions

• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols within the press shop
• Identifying Near-miss and investigating accidents

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of Stamping Process, press machine operation, Die Design, Material Properties.
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and identifying defects.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team of press operators.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, SAP
• Capability to analyze production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Effective communication with both shop floor workers and management to ensure smooth operations.
