Job Description
- Conduct thorough analysis and gather data for various HR reports, including but not limited to workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop comprehensive HR reports that offer actionable insights into critical metrics and trends, aiding strategic decision-making processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance HR data tracking, reporting, and trend identification capabilities, enabling more effective workforce management strategies.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Regularly review HR data reports to identify and rectify errors, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Bachelors degree in statistics, business, finance, information systems or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills, with prior experience as a data analyst, particularly in service-oriented organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets efficiently to derive actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes is preferred.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in HR analytics.
- Evidenced by a history of professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
