Phlebotomist

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct home blood sample collection visits with precision and care.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, and documentation of specimens.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment for both patients and self.
• Follow all protocols and procedures for sample handling and transport.
• Communicate effectively with patients to address any concerns or queries.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Phlebotomist with valid credentials.
• Either MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology), DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology), or BMLT (Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in blood sample collection.
