Technical Program Manager

Job Purpose • Responsible for Technical project management of identified projects taken up by Enterprise Factory Bangalore team

Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas

• Responsible for project management of the Payments and Retail development Projects
• Drive the project in an agile way following all the scrum ceremonies
• Responsible for providing all required project management artifacts for the project
• Prepare detailed project plan, test plans among others
• Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project

Actionable (4-6)

• Prepare detailed project plans, testing plans among others
• Drive testing strategy, test execution
• Prepare periodic status reports, management presentations as needed
• Drive agile adoption
• Oversee technical aspects of project
• Maintain project risks and issues, provide visibility to risks to senior management based on risk score

Educational Qualifications

8 to 12 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Technical Architect and Technical Project Manager

Educ:

• Bachelor of Engineering in CS or equivalent

Skills :

1. Good know-how of GCP/AWS/Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Microservices Architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases,
2. Exposure to Front end technology like React/Flutter will be added value
3. Experience with containerization technologies
4. Agile and Digital product delivery experience is a must
5. Strong technical background and Project Management experience
6. Operate effectively in a matrix structure
7. Good Communication skills written and verbal
8. Ability to prepare detailed project plans anticipating all the activities in the project
9. Allocate tasks to team members, monitor and track progress
10. Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
11. Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management as well as client
12. Ability to interact at various levels within the organization
13. Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
14. Ability to prepare comprehensive status reports, perform management reviews
15. Build an inclusive, cohesive and performing team
