Product Manager

Role & responsibilities :-

• Responsible for managing multiple product portfolio within unsecured products.
• Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth
  and bottom line delivery in unsecured products
• Responsible for sales support, planning and implementation of contests, marketing and
  sales incentive structures
• Responsible for establishing training support and successful and smooth launch and roll out of the product in different locations. Manage system releases of the product, in co-ordination with IT and Operations team.
• Responsible for effective implementation of policies, procedures and roll out into the sales
  team
• Responsible for product profitability Maintenance of IRR and cost structure of the business

Preferred candidate profile:-

Candidate should have exp in hardcore collection along with team handling experience

Should have relevant experience in personal loan collection.

Candidate should have good data analytical skills and well-versed in excel, And excellent communication skills.
