Designation: Deputy Manager Talent Management

Exp: 3 - 5 years

Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Take ownership of talent development initiatives, focused on building a pipeline of high-potential employees.

2. Design, implement and review Accelerated Leadership Development programs to ensure a robust and sustainable talent pool for future leadership roles.

3. Handling end to end program management - invitation, logistics, closures, post program management and effectiveness measurement.

4. Engage with Talent on their development needs and closely monitor progress.

5. Executing Competency based assessments, DACs, 360 Degree Feedback, Impact Assessments and Individual Development Plans of employees.

6. Design & implement initiatives to engage Talent and Talent visibility within the organization.

7. Evaluate the impact of Talent development initiatives and adjust plans accordingly.

8. Data management & governance - collation and analysis of talent data and high impact programs through regular dashboard and data cuts.

9. Lead the development and delivery of coaching and mentoring capability.

10. Partner with Line Managers & HR partners in actualizing the learning plan.

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• MBA Graduate with HR Specialization
• Knowledge of Talent Identification, Segmentation & Talent Development strategies
• Good Knowledge of Excel and Power point presentation
• Good Communication Skills
• Learning Agility & Working in Ambiguity

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

•     DAC Assessor Certification
•     Facilitation Skills Certification
