Detailed Job Description :

• On job product training of new joinees •Maintain MIS for allocated pool •Tracking callers properly •Inspire/motivate team members to achieve targets •Sending pick up files to FPRs •Co-ordinate with bank FPRs •Identify critical cases and act accordingly •Prepare strategies for achieving team target •Coordinate with collection agencies •Handling escalation calls/agitated customers •Performance review of callers on daily, weekly, and monthly basis •Plan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flow •Liaise between different departments .
